Do Inquisitor's toolset also allow them to accomplish this feat as well? They're made to solo heal on raids a lot. Though in my opinion, no cleric should be made to solo heal in these fights. Every time I see them try, at least half of their group dies until they lose the permanent DoT and they get to live a bit longer.
I'm not entirely certain how well shaman would do solo healing it... but wards actually working has to account for some success. I'm sure no one doubts that these fights were made for druid healing.
It's not a matter of being able to do it or not, because Inquisitors can. Or should be able to. It's a matter of our reactives being completely fucking useless. Our primary healing abilities should actually heal the content we're killing. Especially when almost every mob in ToV has either damage over time or focus damage. The fact that they fixed wards not working on DoT in BETA and reactives STILL don't trigger for this type of damage, is really pathetic.
While I agree with Jezes, well speaking of Templar and not the lesser option anyways, they should be able to solo heal fine. The problem to me is we sacrifice on DPS to be a "power healer" then have to work harder than my lazy ass wants to be able to solo heal. If I wanted to work at healing I would have played a fury! I want to roll my face on the keyboard and eat cheetos while being awesome! Or at least not failing. .. much. .. most of the time. .. Do any of you still play? And is any of Zenith still around Jezes?
Sad times in EQ2 indeed!
