Pretty much ditto for me on my Provisioner. I spent lvl 70 doing the sokokar and New Lands quests and that got me pretty far... I then started grinding the faction writs for Bathezide. Oy! I think I got a level doing that, but it took forever and was just head banging on wall frustrating. I gave up and hope the faction goes up soon. I don't trust SOE to give us credit for writs already completed. I switched to doing Ironforge writs for the rest of my leveling.
I'm at 77 now, and pop a potion, do the first time bonus (and might have up to 5% vitality) and that will get me 25-30% in to the level, then I do timed writs - by the time the potion runs out I'm about 80-90% and I finish off making food/drink to sell/give away. I've been using one potion per level - but I think I only have one left. I just want to get to 79. I'll get to 80 eventually.
I'm ok with the time it is taking (about an hour and 20 minutes) per level, but I'm really going through the raws. Mostly barracuda and succulent petals.
Still seeing a huge difference in what raws we use... I've got like 20 recipes that use cranberries, and 3 that use tea leaves. I'm not sure why they can't get this right.
