The wormhole generator can be used by ANY player. It is exactly like the druid portal but there are only generators at the moment for the Commonlands and Antonica....if you still feel this is something to complain about you can send a PM to the tradeskill dev on the official forums....her name is Domino. Hope this helps

PS. they are rare blueprints on most server that go for a lot of plat...usually upwards of 25 to 100 depending on what server and how the rare the drop rate happens to be. As I stated earlier I got one for free by accident cause the person didn't know what the blue print was for and how much it was really worth or I never would have gotten it. Heh.
