I usually go to wastes near the crater with the undead, going to need some barracuda and spawns for writs though.

Gave all my leftover raws to Holyhands :-P

If you can get to the druid ring in KJ there seem to be a lot of food and dens around that area with no aggro. It's the abandoned village sokokar post too.

Bushes near the druid ring in Kunzar or the crater in Jarsath. Fish off the docks in Kylong or the river in KJ that you can zone into Fens. Roots I just hunt through all of KJ. Provi's have no use for dens in this tier. All meat has been removed from dens for this tier. Only fish are used in normal recipes. Meat dropped from mobs (cockatrice, hornet, brutes, devourers, giants) are used in the inductions/reductions and of course the magma fish.

On a side note even though roots seem to not have a good "field" not so many recipes call for them, nor does there seem to be a xegonberry counterpart in this tier unless you wanna call prawns that (I seem to get more barracuda). So hugs to Domino for that!!
