The Freeport counter can be purchased from the art shop of the gnomish painter (can't remember name). Y'know the one that doesn't sell paintings?

(ok maybe one or two but carps can make the same ones)

I believe it's in EFP, but it could be SFP. I'll be checking later anyways since I'd rather get that for my rat illy's kitchen than the ironwood stuff (she likes simple/functional over elaborate stuff).
