Not *all* the quests require 240 harvesting. Some don't require harvesting at all. I certainly recall harvesting on my sage. Don't really recall it on my jeweler. But can't remember for sure. But I know there are some classes that don't need to harvest anything for the quest.

Being able to hold 2 of the 36 slot strongboxes has at least slowed my urgency for the quest, I think I might work on hitting adventure level 50, and then give it a go.

The Fallen Dynasty quest doesn't require any specific adventure level. The entire quest takes place in the zone, which has no aggro mobs.
