One thing I forgot to point out, the number at the start of each recipe is the duration the food lasts, in hours.minutes.

.10 = 10 minutes
5.3 = 5 hours, 3 minutes (Sometimes I just put 5 because 3 mins is silly)

Riliss, Bathezid's Watch and Danak each have one recipe book at +20k faction and one at +30k (this is true for all 9 tradeskill classes as well), I really don't recall which sells which and don't feel like logging in my provis right now, but if you have (is it -15k or 10k when you can first see the merchant's stuff?) you can examine the recipe books on the merchant.

I double checked and it is correct. Those 2 foods are probably statless to match their other tiers, though I don't know why. The chocolate covered fruit and cheesecake were a special recipe set added (returned) during T7, to all tiers.

My guess is that Domino did it on purpose since stat always > statless. I'd say along similar lines of how non pristine gear was removed, who the hell wants it? no one.
