On the bazaar I charge flat rates. The rate includes everything except special no trade items like fish for an aquarium that the homeowner has to provide. Other than no trade items I provide everything. I currently charge 50p on a 5 room house, 30p on a 3 room house, 20p on a two room house, and 10p on a one room inn. Most clients include a tip on top of the flat fee, but that is up to them.

How did you make a train?!?! That i believe is the coolest thing i think i have ever seen in room designs....

Here is the real question... how much would you charge a guild to decorate their GH?

Thank you for the compliments The toy train is my personal favorite feature of this house. The toy train was originally designed by a person named tahiri to go around a christmas tree. I adapted the design idea to make a duel train set for my nursery, one that goes through the cave and around the crib with a second train coming through the top.

Guild hall prices vary depending on size and what the guild wants done. I am currently finishing up Forces of Evil's T3 guild hall on the bazaar. We have been playing it by ear with the costs. So far it has turned out to be about a 300p project. I will post screenies of the hall after I am finished with it.
