That quest has to be done in TSO before you can get the faction to do the tradeskill quests in Mara.

I may someday =) School is keeping me on my toes this semester and I'm hoping to go to work for a lawyer in January since I'll just be a few credits away from my associates. I'm taking Bankruptcy Law and Research and Writing this semester as well as Algebra and an english class so I can't get distracted, lol
