Mine is listed by recipe book so that it's easy to find out who can make what as the books haven't all dropped for every crafter yet.

Niami always does a good job, this is just a reference for us here as well.

Answer for the forearm question was posted yesterday by Fyreflyte on the official forums. Can find the answer in the dev tracker more easily though.

Shard merchants were originally going to be faction based. They scraped that idea and he never bothered to create them. He says that he MAY add them at a later point, but they will not be part of the set bonus. Talk about lazy.
