Awesome first attempt at an aquarium. My apologies for not getting to my private messages sooner. Some people like the water mirrors in front of the fish, however they do tend to make the fish very hard to see. One suggestion I would give would be to enlarge the mirror and place it to the back of the aquarium over the top of an enlarged Blue-ish colored painting such as the status "leviathan unbound" painting. (The leviathan painting is very cheap on the status budget) I also tend to use a snowdrift underneath the visible portion of my tanks to let the snowflakes look like bubbles.
Other pointer: The tapestry of the steamlord is easier to hide the edges than the orange mirror, they are made with a mantrap root however so may be quite a bit more expensive.

Very nice.
Just wondering how people get that mirror to be transparent like that? I tried it many times and its just black (with the wiggle effects).
I normally have my graphics on minimum for performance, but when I designed my first fish tank I turned them right up and still had the same problem with the mirror not being transparent.

I have the same problem, it may be your graphics card. In the process of saving for a new one. When i do anything like that i borrow my friends pc who has a better graphics card.

The djinn mirrors are kool but I have seen a lot where they have used the vampire mirrors even with my graphics card they are still transparent. can't wait until halloween so ican get a few so i can do my first attempt on my main toon.
