I am in Qeynos and I want to reset my tradeskill and I cant remember where to go to do it. I thought you just hailed a trainer and reset but doesn't seem to work. I am a 20 Scholar and want to be a weaponsmith.

Believe the NPC you need is called a tradeskill counselor or coordinator in NQey. At work so I can't look up exact name.

Go to the tradeskill building across from the bank. Zone into the cellar tradeskill instance and the NPC you need to speak to is on the same level as the broker.
