Anyone got or know where one is? trying to grind out all my alts. and need to get my bruiser from 100 to 400 muting. wonna see how other people did the grind. either with grey combines. or white con combines. any help would be great. thx.

k since your not helping. ill wait for someone else with a good answer. as it stands now. im farming fg with my box and gonna try to only do t3. but dunno if thats a waste of time compared to buying adepts and doing tier by tier. thx to whoever can fill me in on details in level ups.

The cheapest way is to farm your own materials obviously but for me that wasn't an option. My playtime is rather limited and it was hard enough just putting in the time doing the combines.

If I remember correctly it doesn't get expensive until 300+. From my experience the percentage of skill ups is greatest on white/blue combines. Don't bother with green or yellow. If it's not possible to do white or blue then I suggest grey combines (1-9) as you should get around 15% skill up rate.

If you keep your eyes on the market you can just but 1-9 treasured crap for around 3-4gp a piece. It does take a little more money this way but a lot less time. Don't try to rush it and get it all done in one day, you won't....Just check the broker everyday and you will get there. I spent around 220 plat to get to 400 skill.

see good anwer. thank you very much. think instead of t1 crap. gonna do t3. since i can farm it. and 5g an adept on broker aint much. plat is not an issue. just wonna get it done fast and affective. but thanks for the help

Sneaks

Of course try to level up on the stuff you find in your travels. But if in a pinch to level quickly, I would go with the T1/T2 stuff. Reasons:

1. The grey stuff is cheap compared to most other things on the market.
2. You only need 3 items (1 powder / 2 frags) to do a combine. Each subsequent tier requires more and more frags, thus more and more platz.
3. On average, you get one powder in three rips from a treasured item. T1/T2 is balanced for this ratio. The higher tiers are not (and never have been) balanced for leveling. Too many fragments are required in the higher tiers and you will end up with an abundance of powders (wasted platz).

In regards to IA...

If plats not an issue then you should be good. I would check for powders and shards and buy as many as you can. Then but adepts and junk armor and break them down as you go. Grey combines will be the most inexpensive due to the least amount of items needed but blue/white will up your skill the best.

It's really just up to you but since plat is not an issue go with each teer as you get to it.

Start new toon on newb isle. Harvest all nodes that produce spell making raws. Use shared bank. Make spells. Xmute. Make Vampiric Handle. Profit.
