I will usually cap someone else, then cast PotM imediately afterwards. That way I can cap myself just before PotM finishes. I still get (most of) the benefit of JCap on my PotM timer, and someone gets ALOT more out of PotM because they have JCap for most of the duration. Seems to work for me, YMMV.
As for Lores... i say fuck PvE. Where does that leave us? Neither one of us wants their spell changed for the other one, because we both want it to benefit us the most. I would be happy if they only change it for PvE. Like you said, the mechanics are all there for them to do it. I do fight PvE content as well as the PvP, alot of people seem to forget this. I'm all for changing Lore's for PvE. But the first person who reaches for the PvP change is going to pull back a bloody stump.

P.S just as an idea, would you PvE raiders be happy to leave Lore's as is, if they made power-drains/taps have the same effect as using power? Say you have Lore's on a mob, and you hit them with Sandra's. You drain 400 points of power, and with Lore's on, you drain a further 148 health and 148 power. THAT would make the spell more worthwhile. What do you think?
