I've seen a few T8 items that proc a mez on melee attack - which frankly baffles me as your next swing will break it rendering it entirely useless. Don't actually recall seeing stun procs but I have a lousy memory at best of times.

Not much help for you either, just wanted to share my bewilderment at mez-on-melee procs...

For T8 stuff, I recall there being some bracers, boots, and a few other things that have a stun proc, but if I remember correctly I think they all proc off melee attack. Just do all of the solo quest in each of the new zones in RoK and you will find several pretty decent proc'ing items with effects that should be useful in pvp (I think, I'm a pvp noob).

My mystic has a quested chain helm that mezzes on melee damage - very useful when you've got a group of mobs around you (avoiding it would be better.. but beggars cant be choosers)

Also a lot of the stuns that proc off hostile spell cast are cloth - there is some leather, but I'm thinking that you're wanting to use this for soloing since procced stuns are useless in raiding and in grouping the benefit would be negligible.
