Proc gear

Has anyone found any good gear yet? Also, has anyone seen any proc gear at all?

Pretty sure we're getting lots of +spell damage and +CA damage gear instead of proc gear. I can't be bothered finding the quote, but if you look around, you'll see Fireflyte stating as much.

There is a decent amount of proc gear, but it either
1. Sucks.
2. Doesn't effect Epic mobs.

or
3. Is just a shitty useless proc.

So ya, basically the +crit chance/ +spell damage stuff is the most common, though i think there are a few rare pieces with a semi-decent proc.

There's some decent proc gear, but it's not your traditional proc for spell damage type gear.

Currently from RoK, I'm using the Reet Helm from the collection quest (chance to proc buff that increases CA's by 300) and the Trooper Scale Boots (chance to proc 10% double attack, 5% ranged double attack).

Both of these procs own a spell damage proc anyway, so I'm pretty happy with it.

from T7...

bone clasped girdle (heritage quest)
mystical orb of the invoker (collection)
ring of supremecy (fitzpizzle, deathtoll)
bracelet of thule (Lyceum - viculidae)
nizara wrist (nizara)
troubador legendary class helm (from vault.. this proc'ed off both melee and spell attacks)

Then there was necklace of pain (avatars) which no longer drops.

I'm probably missing 1 or 2 spell procing items in this list though.

Okies.. phrasing this once more.. haha.. What gear out there right now will bring the greatest DPS and even like fear & stun kind of stuff in like PvP?

Obviously those items listed will increase dps since they are all damage procs. As far as stun procs and such, there is quite a bit from T8 solo quest, but that is obviously not T7. I cannot recall any control effect procs on anything in T7 other than the stun proc off the Raincaller heritage quest and the round shield off of Cruror.
