+healing gear doesnt work for arcane dissertation

Anyone else notice that +heal gear doesnt upgrade our ward anymore? I dont remember reading this in the patch notes anywhere. I hardly use this ward, but there are certain times it is very useful, and i collected some crap healing gear to upgrade the size of the ward, but now it doesnt seem to work....

Or am I missing something?

I've noticed this, I have a couple of spare items with +40 heals on that I used to throw on when using a resist song, but can confirm that it no longer works for the T8 resist songs, didn't actually check if it worked on the old t6/7 ones we'd been using previously.

Also didn't see anything in update notes and don't believe you are missing anything.

It was a bug fixed in beta after seeing Avatar of Mischief heal parses. On are 3 kills I was 2nd, 5th, and 4th on the heal parse ( 1 AE was removed then brought back.) I was able to get the ward higher then the T8 version of it. Only +healing adornments worked not normal +healing items.

I tested out the healing adornments and no luck... no change in ward size as well.

As ballads said it was fairly obviously a bug, heal parses on AE heavy mobs pretty much showed that.

A shame it's gone but no real suprise.

so if + heal dosn't apply to the wards anymore what's the use for
the heal bonus on the coat of magnetism ?

Maybe it applies to Quirrons? That'd make the spell totally ube, I'd use it all the time then.
