Default T8 Pants from Chelsith

What do you guys think? It's an original (sort of) idea, but I'm not sure it's really worth using... Ideas? Comments?

Well that's definently a new effect. Not a very good one, but different.

Yeah. I was trying to think of an encounter where that extra 5m of range would be useful... and I couldn't come up with a single one.

Yeah, it's one of those fluff effects where you think it's good at first and then you realize it's completely useless.

I can't think of any encounters where this would be useful. It's nice that it's a piece that's aimed at bards.

I wonder if there's some other way worn effects could manipulate songs though - like speed up ticks of mana and hp regen, or prolong the effect of requiem. Ok this also has little real benefit in pve - but hey..

they drop from the mob that spawns right outside COA in Seb, I've yet to see them drop in about 20 kills of Xa'rgo the Cursed.

edit: added the monsters name
