Default Taleweaver and stealth

Now that stealth speed is back wouldn't it be nice if bard
stealth was made as it used to be ?
Or having to raid and keep 3 slots of taleweaver's is supposed to be some sort of fix / hint to folks playing this game for too long?

P.S : and does this allow a dark elven team with a bard to run at 53% speed while stealthed? That must be nasty in pvp.

Anyone tested if this stacks with racial sneak speed things?

It's broken. One of our dirges got 3 pieces because they were forced to take it, and then made fun of for having 3 pieces... Anyways, the 3 piece bonus is not allowing you to move any faster in stealth.

Not to mention, it's a dumb fucking set piece bonus to have on a raiding set. Since when has 38% run speed while stealthed helped anyone out on a raid?

THIS IS AN ITEM OBTAINED THROUGH RAIDING... THERE SHOULD BE EFFECTS/BONUSES THAT HELP YOU WHILE RAIDING, NOT BE COMPLETELY FUCKING USELESS.

Serious question ( or not )
Which effect do you prefer ,
38% group stealth speed or 60 to clara's stealth stab ?

I also do believe that raid items should help you in raids, but
if i have to choose between an effect that makes little to no difference
will it be in raids or outside of them and an effect enhancing gameplay
but only outside of raids i'll be choosing option 2 in a heartbeat.

And how exactly does moving faster while in stealth enhance gameplay?

It's not like in T5 where you had to make stealth runs down to nagafen in Solusek Eye and that actually would have been pretty pimp. During all of T8 so far, I don't think I ever travelled in stealth for more than 20 seconds.

I hate to say this, but it sounds like a PVP type of bonus.

Maybe in T9? Or when mentoring ?

It was a question to take out of context, for what it's worth.

It seems they wanted to give acess to group stealth speed, but considered it a too powerfull effect for heroic content.

Or it can also be seen as a bonus that will remain usefull even
after a few x packs, just like the DFC armour, here again explaining
why it was considered to be raid dropped.

Or bad itemisation After the fiasco of the EoF bonus' i feel more inclined to pick this.

Now back to the thread, am i the only one who would like
to have bard stealth changed back into a hasted stealth?
Even if stealth is useless in t8 do not forget all those troubs in their teens.

I never said that whenever I played my troubador that I was content with the +60 damage to Clara's.... Infact, I was pretty irate about the 3 and 7 set piece bonuses of the EoF sets; however, there were other classes that were worse off than even troubadors were as far as set bonuses are concerned.

It is not broken but it is seriously bugged. For example, it will work when first entering a zone but once you die the effect stops working. Strangely enough if you die again it sometimes starts working again...

I agree that it is absolutely useless in a raid and the person responsible should be shot, but it is fun to use when soloing (when it works).

Being able to run faster while stealthed brings nothing to the fun factor in the game, sorry. It's a lame ass effect, especially what it was implemented on.
