Chain Leggings of the Lyrist won't be upgraded anytime soon. Better then probably all but the RoK Set pants out off everything I've seen so far so probably the best pants a non-raid troub can get.

sad that crafted so nice am t8/7 fabled. best bracers in the game are the bracer of deadly melody drop from outside Venrils lair (forgot the name the mob that drops them )

i used t8 mastercrafted till i got t8 fabled its way underrated imo and was alot better than the mis match of t7 fabled i had.

There are however some very nice non raid items out there

Bracers of deadly melodie from the named out side vs
chain legins of the lyrist

these 2 items are paticualry nice imo

the neck item from the thugga quest line is a must

theres also alot on nice jewelery out there end named in maidens drops rune coevered wrist band also very nice.

i also think that the mastercrafted jewlery is good

Imo if u are starting with nothing start with m/c armour and jewlery then run instances and upgrade as u go
