Sorry about that, I guess im a big newb.

When I remove one of the set pieces, selo's soliloquy, which lists the 8% bonus, vanishes from my buff list. After this, when I mouse over selo's instead of 50%, it lists 42%. I don't understand how you guys are getting it to stick after you switch out the items.

that buff only matters when you cast it. once you cast selo's the runspeed is set until you zone, die, have the buff dispelled, or cancel it.

Everytime I see one of these threads (like 2 a week) here or on official forums, I'm like "buy a mount you cheap twats, money's on the floor everywhere in RoK, just need to pick it up"... jeez.

Like you can even measure the 5% or so by which two other classes beat us...
