No one goes OOP once they learn how to setup a raid and/or learn how to gear themselves either tho!

3. Healers - have 3 in this macro - MT Templer, MT Mystic and the OT Templer, since druids can fire of their heals pretty quick anyways
4. DD macro - the one i use most. On top is our Brig, Assa, Wizz, Warlock - i would suggest it depends on how your people perform. And when i see on the parser that someone is lazy, he is going down the list or even deleted :P
oh and of course the self jester after potm, but i have a seperate macro for jcap myself, since sometimes i am still immun after casting potm, but during the last 5 sec of potm i can cast jcap on me again

I have a few questions about points in this post:
2. response tell - Can you set up a macro to cast jesters on the last person that sent you a tell? and tell them back? How?
3. Healers - I never thought of stacking multiple healers in one macro. So it will go down the list and cast jesters on the first valid target?
Can you send a message /raid or /group for which person the cap was cast on?
I currently have 7 macros with different people in them, I have to manually change them for ever raid group.

Re: T8 JCap
Ad 2) /useabilityonrt Jester's Cap
Ad 3) Yes, it'll cast JC on the first person that is a) in range and b) not immune. However, determining who got it in the end, and using a variable to put that in raid chat or similar is not possible.
As for 7 different macros, I really recommend ProfitUI or similar mods for group/raid window, this way you are always flexible.

Re: T8 JCap
Uya told everything
I think it's a pitty that it is not possible to have a tell on that "multiple jester macro" but its very handy since this is only one click (or key on keyboard if u have it on primary). You need not to hover your mouse away from you dps spells, do not have to switch targets - very quick and easy.
Those people wo time their big spells with jcap give me a tell and those who don't would not change spell cycle because of jester so its fine for them getting it without a message. They will notice their nukes coming up faster and use them - same for healers, they try best to keep MT alive, whether with or without jcap
EDIT: Oh and the tell on the response macro was /tellrt Jcap if I remeber correctly (at work right now)

Re: T8 JCap
Cool thanks,
Another question:
People talk about casting POTM then jesters, wouldn’t you do it the other way around Jesters then POTM so Potm will refresh in ˝ the time and possibly get 2 in?
This is going to help a lot I hate adjusting 6 macros before every raid. I figure I will make 5 macros: - Self – Jester myself
- Healers – put all of the healers from my guild in this one with message “Jester’s Cap ==> HEALERS
- DPS – Put the top DPS from my guild in this one with message “Jester’s Cap ==> DPS
- Return – Jester the last tell with a tell “Jesters right back at ya”
- Group – Jesters for the group (this one I will change often)
I figure for the people who want to know when they are jestered they can count the messages for their group and plan accordingly

Re: T8 JCap
PotM's recast timer starts when the duration ends, not when you cast the spell. Thus you should cast it afterwards because you can get it up to 32s duration, and a with a 30s duration on Jester's, it kind of fails if you do it first.

Re: T8 JCap
Actually jesters has a 33 second duration. Or at least that is what mine says.
