Default so how much you us still using bladedance.

i noticed a lot of news mob just ignore blade dance or some other form of imune AE spells. the spell was usefull on eof and i always think it was a great advantage on a lot of encounter, but it look like it's pretty useless now.

dont have noticed if those mob ignore blade turn too.

How was this spell useful in EoF with all the damage shields that would instantly drop it?

I found it very handy in EOF too .. MMIS thos 10% burn-down-mobs the spell was nice. Now I don't have it, but due to my mirror I can swap it in if we are not perfectly setup and still not done in T2 - it helps there to survive a bit longer and test encounters. But then again, if we manage to clear a zone i prolly will not take that setup in there again.

Still for testing and not so uber raiding peops it is nice

it was absolutely fucking useless on these encounters. when i had bladedance and tried to use it on these fights, half the time it got ignored and my whole group got raped anyway if he tried to cast his AE.

This happened probably because you guys got a reflect before the AOE and it dispelled on the incoming damage.

Bladedance lost all appeal imo right after KoS.

that's entirely possible, but i didn't think they both had a spell reflect and it was just the second one. in any case, slowing dps at the end isn't really an option. if a randomly reflected spell = no immunity for the group... then you're screwed anyway.

I have an AA mirror and swap it in whenever we're learning encounters, to get AE timers and such, it helps a bit.
Since more and more mobs just ignore AE immunity (which is a shitty concept imo), it's worth less and less.
