Default Troub newbness

I brought my 50 trouby out of retirement and am levelling him as fast as I can (disgruntled ranger). I appreciate all of the advice on DPS and nuances about AA lines.

It seems to me though the tough part of being a troub and really the crux of their raiding utility(besides buffs which should be self-evident what to run and when) is managing JC and PoTM, is this true? Everyone seems to have their own system with macros, hotbars etc and it has been discussed plenty on the forums. Is there a failsafe system though for using these two spells until one can find his own rhythym within his own raids? i.e. Put it on A 1st B 2nd C 3rd You when PoTM is running out...
