I get not above 1000 DPS in Raids, looking for hints.
I ussually parse arround 1000 Zone DPS in Protectors Realm.
Since I'am the Raidleader, I loose some DPS.
But I would like to increase my damage output.
My group is the mage group:
Normaly, Warlock, Wizard, Necro/Illu, Ranger, Fury/Mystic, my Troub
Our Raid parse is 25-30k (we are not a killer gang), clearing Protectors regulary and will try Throneroom and Thuuga soon.
My little sweet heart.

My KoS Achivement:
Agility: 4/4/5/8
Wisdom: 4/4/6/8/Endskill
Intelligence: 4/4/6/8/Endskill
EoF:
- Inspiration
- Sonics
- Demoralizer
Weapons:
Segmented Serrator (Protectors Realm)
Carrotidcutter (Fabled, CoA)
I have Nathsar Shortsword in reserve, if necessary and own the fabled Ayonic Axe.
The Bow is only for strenght and increased mana reg, in case our Illu is not in group.
Double Attack: 14
Melee Crit: 30 (with DKTM)
Spell Crit: 18 (with DKTM)
Haste, Equipment: 31
Combat Art Bonus: 120 (+300 Leviathan Breastplate)
Spell Damage Bonus: 210
Equipment:
I'am looking for other Boots (Soldier Boots), the new Danak Amulett Slot and I will get the Melee Wrist from Veeshans Feast.
I have tried to go more into melee.
I would like to hear hints, also with some explanation, as I would like to learn (and to tutor our second Troub).

What possible reason can you give for going Demoralizers when mob CAs do less damage than their auto attack?

Re: I get not above 1000 DPS in Raids, looking for hints.
try to swap out some of your mediocre melee gear for spell gear. here are a few gear suggestions for you.
i wanted to get more item links, since yours is a german server and these names might not be familiar to you, but http://www.eq2llinks.com/ appears to be down and i'm not in game.
1. get a danak wishbone and rillis chicken foot for your charm slots. these can be crafted using the essences that drop from named mobs in RoK instances.

\aITEM -970817177 801154722:Danak Wishbone\/a
2. Tormented Bracelet of Doom (drops from Doom in kunzar jungle) in place of Terrik's Moonrise Armband.
3. If you can get a Ganak's Torque (last named in vault), trade your Talisman of Thuuga in for a Bangle of Thuuga for your ear slot.
4. Fish Embroidered Gloves (quested from kunzar jungle)
5. Trooper Scale Boots (drops from any named in jarsath wastes)
6. Woven Silk Underlay (forearm, quested from fens)

Protector's Realm has a lot of mobs with knockbacks. My guess for why your DPS is low is because you have melee autoattack on, get knocked back, and then run back in.
What you should be doing is, when you get knocked back, toggle ranged on, run in with either Painful Lamentations or Shrill, and then toggle melee autoattack back on.
Also press buttons really fast.

Increased mitigation debuffs, for one. Second, I dont see why decreasing a mobs CA damage would be irrelevant, just because it's not the main source of damage. Third, the only other option (Calming is it?), doesnt do whole lot in raids.
To OP, you seem to have good gear (with a few exceptions, as pointed out), but do you also have all the right adornments in place? Also, the AA spec Troubrin posted should help a bit.
If you got all that down and still dont get much more than 1k ZW, I would guess you are a bit "lazy" pushing buttons. I know raidleading takes some attention though... but are you sure you are using all your damage arts, as soon as they are up? Getting Depressing Chant and Rhythm Blade out early? Doing HO's for increased melee skills? Using Nightblade with Bump, but never with Stealth?
Edit: Posting your ACT parse (with the pie chart) could help.

Harmonization, an alternate route to jester's cap that doesn't require that stupid HP regen buff, and i do find the control enchancers rather useful in some situations. mostly outside of raiding, but every once in a while...

And you usually post with such insight! lol. Sorry you've missed the target with this one.
Harmonisation is awesome. The rest of the calming line doesn't do a lot for us in raids, but harmo is just excellent if you're looking to maximise dps. All short term buffs for the group are increased in duration by 10%. That's hard to fully get your head around, but let's think about a decent, stacked dps group for a start:
Troub, Assassin, Fury, Illu, Wiz, Warlock. That's pretty much the group of sexy-time.
There's loads of temp buffs in that group, PoTM, JC, VG, Feral, Assassin arsenal of temp buffs, can't remember the warlock one, but the dumbfires will be effected iirc, illusionist sentiment and illuminate.
Then think about all the DoT's. The illu uses a load of dots which do a big whack of damage when they expire, reduce their duration by 10% so they tick faster, then blow up sooner, that's good stuff. Think about all the DoT's that group does, then think they're ticking 10% faster.
Lastly, if you don't potion buff, then you should. If you do, you're missing out on 1 min 30 extra on every potion, because harmo increases their duration.
The only bad side is the way jc immunity is extended a bit and heal-over-times tick faster, which is not always desirable.
But overall, what I'm saying is Harmonisation owns and your group will love you for it. The rest of the calming line is just a pleasant 'oh yeah, I've got that AA haven't I?' when you actually need to mez something! You're not missing much by moving away from demoralisers.

This is currently fixed on test and probably will go in next GU.

You missed some good stuff, like our poison AA's ticking faster (which is huge because it overwrites itself a lot), hemotoxin, mezzes lasting longer if the illusionist in your group is mezzing adds, PoTM increase duration, etc etc etc.
Also, I love the calming line for when I'm not raiding. Harmonizations owns for raiding, the rest of the line (Charm AA, Mezz AA, Cheap Shot, Stifle duration inc) own for soloing and grouping.
And to add, if you look at my post in the AA sticky, you can see a setup to get harmonizations while putting 4 in spell rebuff, which is the best AA in the demoralizers line anyway.

Well... guess I could have phrased that differently. I was coming from sort of a "Demoralizers isnt totally wasted points" angle.
I do have Harmization myself, but at one point I tried Demoralizers. Noone really knows the exact value of mitigation and melee skill debuffs I'd say, and the chance to have a few CA's miss every now and then at least sounds like a potential raidsaver (though I have not studied the occurance of CA's on raids much at all).
