They changed it a while back to remove the DoT slow down part of it and just make it decrease duration by 30%.

It is absolutely crucial to use this on the majority of tough fights.

It makes Control Effect AEs last less time, by 30% in fact.

Incurable or not worth curing, IE 3 second fears into 2 second fears.

POISON CONCOCTION?

Have anyone tried without this? I cant seem to find anything that proves it works.
Isnt there other lines that should be better?

Hi all, I'm pretty much a grouping/instance/non-raiding Troub and I wanted to know if there's a better setup for someone who doesn't really raid than agi/sta/wis? I've had this setup for ages, and would like to see if anyone out there has any suggestions. Thanks!

Given that you and your team members are probably quite low on haste
you might want to put your points in the INT line instead of AGI.

Keep Bump from the AGI line though as it's the only efficient way
of using your stealth stab.
But if you are not the kind of player who tries to maximise her dps you can skip Bump
and take the whole INT line, at least you will improve what you passively bring to the group.
