Only two hoods give that appearance for troubs, the Praetorian Hood from PHH and Cowl of the Trickster, super rare treasured drop from brownies in Lfay.

Honestly I prefer the outfit I designed for Trashed, but I think he's too shy to show it here. It makes raids a lot more interesting.
