Ok, so now let's remove the luck buffs from the dirge:
1.5 ppm = 7.5% chance to proc
With Blessings/Luck = 10.5% chance to proc
So,
BP effectiveness for dirge => 10.5 * 3 = 31.5
BP effectiveness for troub => 7.5 * 3 = 22.5
Troub effectiveness compared to dirge => 22.5 / 31.5 = ~71.4%
So for a troub, the BP would have done approx. 774675 * .714 = ~553,118
