Ok im not sure if its just me but why isnt Harmonization effecting the duration of turnstrike?

It was their way of fixing stuff like the JC immunity duration. Clearly it was too difficult to actually fix them, so they just stopped harmonisation effecting certain stuff. It's retarded.
