The best way I found to parse well on Trakanon is to cast Rhythm Blade every time it's up, and primarily just autoattack. Get Swindler's Luck HO ASAP and concentrate on debuffs or JCAP with your free time (Sonics is so clutch on this fight).
I use Bright Blade on trak everytime it's up, because of the magical debuff component, but other than that, I usually just hit an occasional CA/Spell when I don't have the green debuff (like Shrill, or Noble Blade).
I think trying to go into stealth on Trak is a horrible idea because I found it breaks a bunch before you can get night strike off, and if you do get it off, you might get screwed and have the green debuff up making night strike do very little damage, thus wasting some time you could have been autoattacking.
Also Eli's could be a disaster if you try to cast it with the green debuff up, that's a great way to lower your parse.
