Have to say as a new troub on this forums im totally disapointed with the lack of managment and the amount of usless info in here,

Please mr forum admin cut out th crap from the epic quest line so people can actually follow it, sort the loot sticky out , lets get some good info sharing in here, the dirge forum is far more usful to troubs atm than this and thats wrong.

People don't care about EQ2 so much these days. I wouldn't expect this to be done quickly, there's simply no point.

look, this forum was put here for the troubadour community to discuss their class. i came down pretty hard on the mod a while ago and he started doing some stuff, but with the overall lack of community support, he would have had to do it all himself... and i can't blame him for not doing it in that situation.

the mod is here to facilitate discussion and promote and provide 'good' info on the class. class mods that go beyond that are great, but that is the task they are given. they aren't here to serve YOU, they are here to serve their class community. yes, kall does a lot of extra stuff with the dirge forum. that's great, but none of the other mods are kall. sorry.

honestly, there's nothing hard and hidden about how to play a troubadour. if you want an epic walkthrough, maybe you should check eq2i. the thread here is not meant to be a walkthrough. you want a walkthrough here? post one, or ask for one... that's how communities work. not by new people walking in like they own the place and talking down to the rest.

You got me all wrong im not after a section that tells me everything i want to know, yes some admin needs doing what im after is some discussion. there must be enough troubs left out there to make this section a good place to talk about kit, cast orders, what we would like to be changed, what drops where, and what order to cast, hit things with,

I never came into this section looking for all the info about being a troub handed to me on a plate and i was a troub long before a dirge, i just feel this section and the people who read it me included are selling it short.

As for epic walk though im done with it, was a sugestion for others. we have stickys for epic walk though but nothing has been put together,

If my post does nothing more than getting people in here having a go at me then fine maybe at the same time they might post somthing they have found or a tip on somthing that works better.

You're more than welcome to write up an Epic Quest walkthrough on your own time. I'm willing to bet if it is well organised and well written that the forum mod would be more than happy to sticky it for you.

If your looking for the best on quest walkthroughs I'd suggest you head on over to eq2i . These are not the most organized of the class forums and i don't want it to be. Here instead of do this do that end all threads we have a jumbled collection of ideas. I suggest you read them and decide what is best for you. I hope this forum may cause some to think outside the box and be creative instead of fitting into whatever mold i decide to direct it into. While it may take you a bit more digging then you want, hopefully in the process you will be forced to think for yourself instead of robot coping somebody.

Edit; And yes i also hope you visit the dirge forums. Kall has some really good information there.

Unfortunately, people pretty much get in here to talk shit to one another and put each other down in all the other forums. I wouldn't come to this site for help tbh.
