It does since any damage have a chance to proc it.

Thanks. A lot more from me that was prccing last night aswell. Self buff song proc, ehm i forgot "not to" play potm first time >_>, and to my surprise vexing verses. Didnt thank mana drain would "count" as damage.

Vexing Verses drains the mobs health when they use mana, so yeah i guess technicallyt this could proc. Had the same issues in Maidens with vexing verses on final mob.
