DPS Game Mechanics Plz

Hey guys I was looking threw my gear and noticed I had wayyy to much plus CA dmg and I was wondering what would be the best way to build the gear with dps mods/melee crit/ca/spell etc and in what order. I was totally trying to get as much as I can at all of them now feeling like a nub lol I understand each fight is different but im just looking for a broad overview. I lose at dps game mechanics

yeah i got the basics i was just looking for the hard math I guess for now DPS/Doubleattack/Crit

Generally:
~125 Haste
~125 DPS mod
Then Crit > DA.
