Default Beta NDA lifted....results are...

To elaborate a little more....

The AA's haven't really changed since they were leaked. Only thing that changed that I'm aware of in the troub line was the debuff one and who cares about rehashed EoF crap that we didn't take then. None of them address the trend of RoK where troubs now have to go fully melee in gear choice to max out surviveability and dps.

Agility is our innate critical and maxes out at 10%. 1225 agi = 10% crit damage mitigated. Basically everyone, except mages kinda got screwed here. Fighters, scouts = agi. Helaers, mages = int for innate critical mitigation. On the "silver lining" part of this for the dirges, at least they have a buff that will give them and any fighters/scouts in their group an extra 1% crit mit.

Lots of multi-mob encounters. More raid encounters designed with the "just watch your detrimentals window the entire time" philosophy.....I'm sure there's more I'm missing that others will cover. Enjoy.

We have a bunch of unintuitive rehashed AA's.

Examples of these are:

Bard line:

Another poison proc, just like AGI line.
Upgrade to Song of Magic, just like INT line
Upgrade to Defense Song, just like STR line

Troub line:

Enhance Snare/Mental debuff, same as EoF tree (worse % gain)
Enhance Dispirited Percessional, same as EoF tree (worse % gain)

After testing Upbeat tempo (our end line +2 ticks to all dots and hots) I find it to better then i thought. I still think its underpowered compared to dirges equivalent but TSO contains Many, Many AE encounters All mages have 1 AE dot and most have 2. If ii could just get it upped a tiny bit id be happy with it.

Best suggestions we have feed him so far is make it a group buff
Add spell reuse and haste
Make it also add 1 trigger to and spell that does damage or heals (since some classes use reactive/proactive triggers instead of dots.)

Our other endline is currently 10% spell base damage. Dirges get 25% casting haste,15% base damage,and 5% crit damage to their "Disease Spells" While ours works on any spell or proc we have I'd love to see atleast 10% casting haste OR reuse to balance out their other effects.

Does it compress the existing DOT tick duration to fit in the extra 2 or does it extend the whole DOT duration?

Compress....... great for a warlock or necro...and that's about it really. It will give added dps to any class with dots but it's nothing in comparison to the dirge Battle Cry buff. Specially for those who are using top end weapons.

Maybe some spell double attack? Would make perfect sense to give us a generous amount of that, say 20%.

You guys really should get like 20-25% Spell Double Attack added on to it.
