Has anyone done a parse to confirm the actual % of DA? I have been told from those in game, that they have done a comprehensive parse (50+ times) and claim that the 10% (max'd via AA) is closer to 3%.

Would like to know if others can confirm. I do not want to ASSume what is listed is to be accurate. Would be too easy for SoE!

DA (like crits and many other parameters) relative to mob level.

And yes, make more tests. About 1000. xD

DA is not relative to mob's level. Unless they changed this recently, but I doubt it.

Hm... russian ACT seems tricking me. xD I've got ~100 DA in raid, but ZW scores much lower. O_o

ZW will be lower due to parry/riposte/blocks by the mob.

No. A miss/whatever doesn't negate your chance to DA.

Considering Rangers have long had over 100% DA, and have always DA'd on every attack no matter the level of the mob.
