Depends how the proc reads if it says Hostile spell cast any green will work but if it read spell attack or combat or spell attack the only greens we have that will trigger them are Chaos anthem and Painful lamination.

Wasn't sure about PoM, but its all in the wording of the proc. If it says hostile spell ( PoTM, Aria of Magic, Vellium Gift) Any of our green debuffs trigger it. For ones that read spell attack(Charm of sol ro, BBoD, Ring of tormenting,GvB items) the spell itself must do damage.(some clickys trigger them also IE. neck for 1st named in palace inprisonment.)

Haven't been able to get my hands on an essence yet so I have no idea how they work. Does the proc rate normalize off of your crit%? Seems it should be a straight X% to proc on a crit but it says 2.0 ppm.

It's the same as "on any attack" but it needs a crit.

So spell attacks, melee autos, ranged autos, CAs that crit it has a 2.0ppm to proc or whatever.

It was on the first group trap encounter in Palace.
