And why would the Ranger even need IA in your guild, or does he not gear himself properly? IA to the Dirge, Rangers gets no buffs(should be capped RDA easily in a double bard/Illusionist group, I mean that's 30% RDA as it is!), TC to Warlock, UT to Illusionist.
