Maybe? So many variables to the equation you wrote no one can solve it. First and foremost get that bitch some gear. Pimp her ride some get that myth in her hand so even if she sucks she helps the raid enough it doesn't matter. If your looking for a good raiding troub i think you will find dps will come with gear and experiance but its how she does her other jobs that defines her as a troub. Does she seem to make the right buff choices (fairly easy but also a sure sign of not understanding her class or the game enough.) Potm every time she can including working a self jc to make its recast faster. Finally how is her JC rotation? (either a 4-5 person rotation or a Well Defined tell-response method,both make good use of the spell.)
