Just a few gear suggestions for you paper, dump the necklace and get a bloodthirsty choker. Dump the Illforged tunic and get the harmonic museweave or the WOE chest at least until you get the TSO 5 set, you need the proc bonus on PoTM.

Get rid of those charms and get some bane charms out of TSO heroic instances, cursed coffin nail, dangling bone chip, theres a candle from some mystmyr zone that is good too.

If your guild does SoH try to score a black heart for the circle of necrosis which still sees situational use by even the most hardcore raiders.

Do the sig quest and get that cloak and your drum. Try to find a belt too. Isn't there one from the Naga in tombs?

Also cast Painful Lamentations and chaos anthem more.

Can't stress that enough, the added proc chance will do wonders for raid dps if only enough bards use it. Also, PotM and CoB at the same time will stack the proc chance increase (of course only if both bards that cast it wear one).

As a general note, something that is often overlooked:
Because of the long BASE cast time, Painful Lamentations has a good chance of triggering procs which makes it an okay spell even on single target encounters. Casting it is actually not as painful, since you get the reduced cast time from the EoF AA tree.

apparently we forgot to tell a new guy about the blue vision on gynok so yeah that didnt go well but group for that was wiz conj inquis dirge illy and me and for the first time on that fight there was a second troub in raid
