You stated in your previous post that your guild can't kill some of the harder encounters and that your guild is mostly casuals. Your personal dps is in large part dependent upon the skill and DPS of those you are raiding with. You simply cannot and will not be seeing the numbers that some of the high end troubs are putting up in your current situation. That said, you anyone can always improve their performance within the limits set forth by their situation.

As for not having acces to Maestro, we are "just" a casual guild, so killing the really hard encounters is not something we just do like many of us..
Its about getting the best of what you can kill, and that is what I am looking for
