After testing this item today I noticed that the proc is showing an increase trigger percent chance of all equipment by 25% it reads to say that maestro will have an additional trigger per spell cast. Anyone else have any information on this item and if its working as intended?

PoTM is already a 100 proc. How is it supposed to increase 100%?

However you have to admit that the description on the item(s) is pretty stupid, and once more not giving a number, like on Twelve Tone, is also bad.

The green text is what you need to read when equipping it for an accurate description. The description on the item examine window is misleading.

i have the harmonic museweave Hauberk BP one and when putted on you look at potm then it says in green "increase trigger rate of all equipment by 30%"

now i checked my gear no increase on one piece when i casted potm and casted spells and tested it in group and raid not one equipment piece got his trigger rate upped
so it seems broken for moment i'm just wondering if someone else has tested out already and came too same conclusion

Take off your 4 set. Then /bug that 4 set makes it not work.

is this "POTM upgrade" RW or its only for caster , on 2nd its little crapy but if its rw can be interest.

Anyone hit by potm gets the proc chance increase. So if you have your mythical, Yes it is raid wide.
