I'm 100% positive the bug, or a bug that had the same effect, was already there in RoK and even EoF, even if it displayed a bit differently.

There is a bug with Lyrical Chain Hauberk and the Harmonious upgrade that causes the proc rate increase to not take effect if you are utilizing the TSO 4 set bonus. May also conflict with VP 4 set bonus but I haven't tested because I only wear 2 VP pieces.

I sure hope somebody is bringing this stuff to the attention of the devs because god knows they don't check the troub forum, none of them even play a troubador.

/bug'ed this like 5 times already, but whatever monkeys they use to sort bug reports into "lol noob" and "wow bug", they're not doing it right.

I've given up on avoiding 4-set bonuses now because depending on the encounter, I just need the crit mit.

Seems fixed with last hotfix.

I Didn't think this made in to the last hotfix, but should be in the next. I know 6 set did not get fixed so i assumed this had not.

I tried with TSO 4-set the other day, seemed fine.
Will try again tonight then, chances are that I got group shuffled that very moment and got someone with a proc chance increaser in my group.
