I know Illys are able to put Illusionary Arm on themselves its odd that they would not be allowed to put TC on them.

Problem with twelve tone is that it doesn't exist. Farmed SoH every week since it came out and we've seen 1 (one) 12-tone. As far as casting night strike goes.. I have no trouble at all with bump. Maybe once or twice a zone i'll get hit with an AE or something and break bump.
