Re: upbeat tempo
So i see the post below that says upbeat tempo is working how it should. I'd post there but it kinda of went off topic. After testing upbeat on mages and healers I have found that the increase tick does not work right now. It had no effect on hots, dots, or any other abilities. The casting speed, reuse, and recovery definitly works tho.
As for who to put it on go with the illy or the other random mage (illy will have warlock tc'd). If u give it to the illy thats faster POM and destructive rage.

For hard fights is it better to give to healer and have illy keep tc on warlock or is it better to give upbeat to warlock and have illy give tc to healer.

You lost me on the misc mage. If its a wizard, wiz gets TC and lock gets UT. If its a summoner, summoner gets ut warlock gets TC. If there is no other mage give it to the illy. Since your healer is not a druid, if they cant keep up with heals, give them TC, and keep UT on the lock. If you end up with a druid give them UT>TC, let the illy hit the lock.
As far as spooz post, I'm not sure how you came up with that. All of my testing say the extra tick is adding in fine. Remember that it adds the tick into the original duration. So looking at any hot/dot you will notice they tick faster to squeeze that tick in.

Re: upbeat tempo
Thanks Ballads i'll just keep a better eye on the parse. Seems like your anti-illy with UT tho. Any specific reason? I currently don't give it to the illy in my groups. But does it make sense seeing as how they have pom and 10% damage for group. I know they cast fast already but the illy's i group with can lay down some crazy dps.

What about sk's? would you give to sk's if had one in team? after all they are pretty much dot class.. i know on my pally it's fucking waste because got like 3 dots at best but sk's got like 15 dots or something and i know that usually rl will put the sk with the troub than with the dirge if they are not ot.

Re: upbeat tempo
Probably because your sorc are subpar in skill. Best players should always get the buffs if you're in a non-hardcore guild. When we make these posts, like put it on x class over y class, we assume playerskill is equal or relatively close.

Re: upbeat tempo
I'm usually in group with:
Warlock
Illusionist
Fury
Ranger
Troubador (Me)
Conjuror
Warlock and Illusionist decided that Warlock gets TC and Illusionist gets UT. Would it be best to give the Conjuror UT instead of Illusionist or give Warlock UT and then Conjuror TC?

Conjuror UT, Warlock TC. Warlocks have longer casting spells due to a lack of AAs to increase their cast time for their spells, which Conjurors have a lot more of, which makes the extra casting speed more useful for the Warlock. And unless your Illusionist is doing more DPS than your Conjuror before UT, I wouldn't put UT on him.
