Just for a bit of clarification.

I tested this with the training dummy today. From what I can tell, the weapons main proc, "Uplifting Concerto", only procs off of Melee and CAs. After a few tries that lasted a few minutes each, I could not get that proc to proc off of any of my spells or ranged auto attacks.

The damage proc from Uplifting Concerto, "Singing Blades," procced off of my melee, CA, spells and ranged attacks.



Edit: "Uplifting Concerto" only procs off of CA's when Blade Singer is in the main hand. So it's auto attacks only.
