Default Night Strike Bug?

From time to time I notice that there are discrepancies between what my parse shows and what other people's show. Obviously there can be many reasons for this such as being out of range and lag etc. but one thing I have noticed is that Night Strike cast by another Troub doesn't show up as having come from that player.

If I cast it, I can see in the parse:

.... Your Night Strike hits [mob] for xxxx slashing damage

If another Troub casts it, i see:

.... [mob] is hit by Night Strike for xxxx slashing damage

instead of

.... [player's] Night Strike hits [mob] for xxxx slashing damage


This causes some of that player's damage to appear on the 'unknown' player in ACT.

Anyone else experiencing this?

This is what happens when you aren't grouped with the person in question and nor can you see stealth.

Still seems like a bug to me, since it doesn't really make sense to me. Any reason why they made the visibility of stealthed characters group wide, rather than raid wide?

Actually, ACT was able to see Night Strike on grouped and raided troubs for me. It was only not picking it up when the troub I was parsing was in neither.
