Im at work, so shoot me if Im wrong - I frequently am. I think its the Self buff troubs get. Int/Agi and a proc iirc. Imo its pretty worthless compared to other things that AA points can be spent on.

To confirm Taius yea it's our self buff that has the defensive proc, and yes putting aa points into it is worthless, maybe not QUITE as much in PVP but still pretty worthless.

This type of inability to figure shit out for yourself is the exact reason that Aeralik has to spend god knows how many hours babying you people with spell names and simplifying them. Not to mention there is an AA thread here that already details this particular AA, making the entire content of this thread redundant.
