***Voidsong Set Bonuses*** The pieces have to be rated not only on the items them selves but the strength of set bonuses. While wearing 1 of the 3 items rated higher then set pieces causes no loss, 6 set bonus is strong enough that you would have to be wearing Chainlinks of Hatred ,Leggings of the Tier'dal Champion, and Coif of Tolled Bells to make up for not wearing 6 set.

Is that the exact order of how you would rate the ears? It seems so hard to test which exactly is better but lately I've been using the Ethernauts because of the damage proc. I sit at about 95% melee crit so I think the ear from anashti would rate much better than the annihilator's hoop.

Is it situational based purely on your static melee mods or is there really something that makes Hoop/Necrosis still the best ear combo in game?

Also Wrought Clasp is too high on your wrist items, both varsoon shackles are better, circling globes, glowing pearl, Clasp rates above Wrist of sharpened blades etc.

Another thing, essence of mastery probably shouldn't be on there, i don't know if it's broken atm but it really really sucks any time I've tried to use it, talking about 30-40 dps or less. This is with aformentioned high melee crit and trak ear. Dangling Skull Bone Chip is way better, thankfully I finally have my 2 set evil so I don't have to worry about it anymore.

Yep, one of our Dirges has this charm, I've only seen it do 30-39 DPS ZW. So its one less item on my shopping list.


I rate Incandencent Blade over Marrow's and its not even on the list. The proc on it puts out nice DPS @2.0 per min for 24 secs its almost always up. I'm sure there's better but not seen them.

I'm not sold that the Signature cloak is better than Solidfied Hate. /shrug

I'd say most of them fall a step or 2 below the Voidsong pieces if you want to add them in mentally. Most are so close to the Voidsong pieces as to be one in the same.

This keeps the list less cluttered and lets you see other options .

I have been totally underwhelmed by the Rallos Zek charm. Triggering on a successful melee attack FTL. Between taking ranged and crappy hit rates with melee on many TSO mobs you may wait ages between hits of After Shock.

YMMV, but I'd drop it below the line of avatar charms troubs shouldn't get unless they're very cheap.

The parses for the war charm just suck, but all the other ones are equally as bad. The melee stats are the only thing that save it.
