Not to mention there is a 2min immunity placed on you so something like that didn't happen.

That was my whole point, IMO they should change it so that it would reduce the longer timers a second time, aka shouldn't only work on things that are up/cast during the time you have it on. Sorry if I didn't convey this correctly earlier, but it was the whole point of my past few posts.

Jester's upgrade AA is bugged to shit. Its pretty easy to see if you have profit ui because profit keeps track of stuff like reuse haste. When you first cast the spell it has 50% reuse reduction. At 25 seconds left it becomes 60% , At 20s left it becomes 70% , at 15s left it becomes 80%, at 10s left 90%, and in the last 5 seconds you have the full 100% reuse haste ( or 50% reduction.)
Here is a chart for the slow people.

30s - 50% reuse haste
25s - 60% reuse haste
20s - 70% reuse haste
15s - 80% reuse haste
10s - 90% reuse haste
5s - !00% reuse haste

I can't really tell if this a bug or the way it is supposed to be. It was never stated this was how it was supposed to work but it does follow the logical progression that would suggest deliberate planning. What do you guys think ?

It's stupidly screwed up IMO. It didn't use to scale, but now it does. I didn't realize that for the first few seconds that it wasn't reducing as little as you're claiming. I just figured it was using the base reduction of the spell and then scaling up to the 50%. Either way it's broken and should be /bugged.

Aye they need to re-word the description if they are going to keep it that way :/.

Also, wtf is up with the wording on those bottom middle two EoF AA choices of ours. Couldn't they have worded that so you didn't need a secret decoder box to understand it? Or does it suck as bad as it sounds?

Harmonization-
This will make all of your groups spells that deal damage over time or heal over time, and make them last 7% shorter (I think that's the number) in order for the ticks to occur faster. It also increases the duration of spells that does not directly do damage over time by 7%, so spells like zander's would last 7% longer.

They probably put it in for an additional length (although it seems a very small length) on debuffs, while allowing people's damage over time abilities to tick quicker for more dps.

I personally do not use this line because the rest of the entire line is complete trash for a raiding troubador. Why would I need to increase the knock down chance on Mighty Bellow or duration on the mez I never use?

Sonic Interference-
This is a 'debuff' placed on the mob that will increase the duration of DoTs placed on your party, so that the ticks occur at a slowed pace allowing more time for curing. It also lowers the length of effects put on your party that does not have a DoT component.

The purpose of this line is to allow more time to cure DoTs and to lower the duration of debuffs placed on you.

I am careful about when I use this because DoTs that mobs cast that also stun will have their length increased, which can be counter productive. Its best to use this on mobs that you know only have a DoT without stun/stifle/daze/whatever effects on it as well. You can place it on mobs to lower the duration of debuffs like invalidate, but those should be getting cured as soon as they hit so Sonic Interference is kind of pointless in that regard.

Figured I would give this a bump and ask if Zander's is still broken....

And also, yea removing the stifle from PoTM would be nice. Especially since our counterpart's CoB doesn't have a stifle.
