Anything with a proc on it. I by no means have the best out there but I do 1200+ with just a bow and nukes. Look me up on eq2 players Zakeus

Im pretty much 100% specced for Caster damage - you can also look me up on eq2players. I dont have the best gear, but i certainly doesnt have the crappyest either ;)

Here is something i think you will find far more useful. I give you....

Ballads list of easy to obtain troubadour basics.

Head - Coif of harmonious - Vaults hat usually 1 or 2 on broker
Cloak - Zek deity cloak - Good side you say ? You can exile just as far as haven and not lose your masters.
3 - Pieces of legendary troub amour V'halen is set i think
Neck - sour song choker - unrest and usually 1-2 on broker
Ears - Mystical orb of the invoker and Planner orb of the Wanderer are 2 kos collection quest rewards.
Rings - Player crafted str and agi Procs are unequaled really for melee
Waist - Bone clasp girdle - heritage quest from kos.

I would take star darkened over rigid scale bow any day

If you're in for melee, I'd take any of the DT bows for +pierce over an EoF bow, if you need to shoot arrows, just swap to Rigid Scale Bow FTW.
